Terms for working with Lumanova.

These terms are here to create clarity around coaching, payment, scheduling, and the kind of care Lumanova can and cannot provide.

Coaching relationship

Lumanova offers private coaching for reflection, personal growth, self-attunement, and practical inner work. Coaching is a collaborative conversation and does not guarantee any specific outcome or result.

Not therapy or medical care

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, medical care, crisis care, or a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If you need mental health treatment, medical advice, or emergency care, please contact an appropriate licensed professional or local emergency services.

Client responsibility

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, wellbeing, and decisions. Coaching can offer reflection, questions, perspective, and practices, but you are responsible for determining what is right for your life and seeking additional care when needed.

Payment

Payment is required to confirm your coaching session. Payment secures the reserved session time and must be completed before the session takes place.

Cancellation and refunds

Your coaching session is reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are generally not eligible for a refund or credit.

Life is unpredictable. If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out. While exceptions cannot be guaranteed, they may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If Lumanova needs to cancel a session for any reason, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Virtual sessions

Sessions are held virtually unless otherwise agreed. If technology issues interrupt a session, both parties will make a reasonable effort to reconnect or find a fair way to complete or reschedule the remaining time.

Right fit

Lumanova may decline or discontinue coaching if another form of care appears better suited to your needs, if the coaching relationship is not a good fit, or if continuing would not be appropriate.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this website will be the current version.
