Self-attunement is a relationship with yourself.

Self-awareness helps us notice what is happening. Self-attunement helps us understand how to respond with more clarity, compassion, and intention. It is a practice of listening inward, honoring what is true, and allowing the different parts of ourselves to move toward greater harmony.
